I believe that grief can come from many different experiences in life. The death or loss of a loved is one kind of grief but a person can experience grief from many things such as a lost childhood, a lost life dream, the loss of a job. Most importantly, is that everyone's grief is experienced uniquely just as people are unique. What's more is that there is not just one way people grieve. I believe that when people are grieving they want someone who will understand that their grief is distinctly and profoundly their own.
