Often loss means the end of relationships we have come to value more then anything else, whether it is a loved one, health, transitions from our carriers, or even loss of a pet. That loss can leave a space or emptiness, followed by disbelief, anger, resentment, or a feeling depression. Grieving that loss, is about self care, compassion, self love, giving thanks and of course, giving ourselves the freedom to dance with the many feelings, thoughts, memories and expressions that find themselves coming through us.
