As an analytical psychologist for thirty years I am concerned to provide a depth psychological understanding of personal issues and conflicts, fears and blocks by working together with your dreams, other difficulties, concerns and personal relationships. The goal is to help the client gain insight into his or her unconscious in order to achieve greater self understanding. This is done to bring greater energy, vitality and purpose to one’s life by engaging in a process of a depth encounter which touches the deep layers of the personalities both of the analyst and the analysand.

In my journey to becoming a psychologist and now post-licensure, I have gained invaluable experience with a myriad of populations. I have worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly. I have treated a number of different psychological disorders and am confident in my skill set. If, however, I did not feel comfortable treating someone or found their presenting issues to be outside my scope of care I would not hesitate to refer to another provider. I primarily approach therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral standpoint, but I use other modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy, if I believe the client would benefit.
