I am a licensed Psychologist and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I specialize in working with adult relationship problems. My therapy is thus mostly with couples. With couples I am active and directive, with a large component that is psycho-educational. Most couples I see have trouble with communication and with conflict resolution and I try to give them tools they can use beginning with the first session.
