I use a mindfulness-based approach to therapy using a somatic and psychodynamic lens. I also have extensive background in Compassionate Inquiry - an approach developed by Gabor Maté. My work is also supported through the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I see us all as fellow travelors on the road of life....i.e. wounded people with warts and imperfections who are struggling to create healthy loving connections with other wounded souls. I see it as our responsibility as adults to reclaim the access to our basic human goodness.
