I have a Master's Degree & a Doctorate Degree in Psychology. I have been invited to speak at Harvard Faculty Club multiple times. I am also a trauma certified. People frequently asked me what is the difference between a psychologist, and a master's-level therapist (such as a licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family counselor, or licensed mental health counselor). Simply, I have completed a 4 year PhD degree at the graduate level (VS a 2 year Masters Degree), and because of the additional training I have the ability to do psychological testing and evaluations, which a Master's-level clinician does not.
