I believe in dealilng with problems from several directions...some behavioral (things you will need to do), cognitive (looking at and thinkiing differently about things), emotionally (Internal Family Systems Therapy IFS), and educational (learning skills or information that will help you to achieve your goals. We may use self-hypnosis to reduce anxiety, to help with sleep, and for other purposes. If we use it, you are always in full control of yourself.
