Hello, I am a Registered Psychotherapist I have 10 years of experience to offer. My specialities include anxiety, depression, life stress, grief/loss (see my website for more specialities). I have a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology and I particularly enjoy working from a strengths based approach. I also incorporate key aspects from CBT and Solution Focused therapy.

Our team has completed various types of professional development and training in psychotherapy. We are able to incorporate elements of CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Mentalization, Solution Focused, and Coaching.
