Psychotherapy is interested in the deeper facets of one's inner-life. I do provide psychotherapy from a depth approach and give great attention to helping clients view the many inner-life resources available through different aspects of their complex personality. We typically operate out of a limited awareness of these inner-resources and these inner-resources were often tapped in childhood for the purposes of protection and safety, which means we learned to access them for the purposes of crisis management. We begin to thrive when we more fully access the breadth of our personality resources to encounter our personal qualities and bring more of ourselves into our relationships.
