Psychotherapy has value across many mental and emotional challenges. Specifically, I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Ego State work, and Family Systems Theory. I specialize in providing assistance to adult women, and women of at least 14 years of age. I also have extensive training and experience, as well as continue to provide assistance to women who are struggling with issues including, but not limited to: unresolved trauma, addiction to drugs and alcohol, depression, anxiety, stress, excessive worry and fear, mood swings, self harming behaviors, relationship violence, and low self esteem.

It takes courage to look at our own issues and behaviors and make personal changes to create the life and relationships we want. We all have history of crisis, trauma, or pain that can be difficult to overcome and gets in the way of how we live today. I work with client's who want to address those issues, and work on being the person they most want to be. I provide a safe, caring and confidential environment for you to work on past issues, create personal goals, and create the change you want to make.

You will name your goals and desires for counseling. You will receive a nonjudgmental approach, a time to reflect on your past and present decisions, looking at the outcomes, looking at cycles that may be destructive or promotive and how actions can deter, limit or achieve your goals. If there is anxiety or depression, we will determine the level it is affecting you, then proceed to choose ways to help you to bring it under control.
