I do a lot of work with Family of Origin. Clients can more easily change negative patterns when they understand where they came from. By examining family of origin with the intent to learn and not blame, clients can learn to live with more intention and learn to be more proactive. I use PIT and DART, as well as RLT with couples. Happiness starts with having a good relationship with ourselves.
