I provide psychotherapy in Gilbert, AZ. At times life can feel difficult and overwhelming, which can then lead to emotional struggles, such as depression, anxiety, and stress. My approach to psychotherapy is to determine what previous life experiences may be influencing current thoughts and beliefs about self and others, and then work to process through these experiences and shift towards a more productive mindset. I also focus on the here and now by helping you to increase healthy coping skills and ways to manage symptoms, while we are working to resolve the issue. I help you focus on the future by working with you to determine your goals and how you would like to move forward in life.

I have done psychotherapy for over 42 years in Phoenix and surrounding areas. I am well trained in CBT, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (Asperger's), Bipolar Disorder Management, and Anger Management. I am a training groupie and continue to update my skills in CBT, OCD, GAD, solution-focused work, and ACT. I have worked with adolescents for many years on many of the issues these individuals are working on, and really enjoy this work.
