Using a combination of cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy approaches and more recently (10 years) integrating dialectic behaviour therapy I have been assisting individuals with managing their emotions (depression, anxiety) for more than 20 years. With additional doctoral level education in more classical psychotherapy approaches such as object-relations and archetypal psychology a therapy approach that fits the individual with a wide range of difficulties while still maintaining an evidence based structure can be found.
