My approach to psychotherapy is psychodynamic or insight oriented. While I integrate many approaches in treatment, using an insight oriented approach is especially helpful to those who seem to repeat the same patterns of behaviors in all their close relationships or are in a bad relationship but can not move on. Insight oriented approach can help a person realize how their past is influencing their present behavior and open the individual up to making profound change

Our approach to psychotherapy is to increase the individual's sense of his/her own well-being. We employ a range of techniques based on experiential relationship building, dialogue, communication and behavior change that are designed to improve the mental health of a client or patient, or to improve couple and family relationships. This is done through exploring feelings, motivation and conflicts to help the client improve conscious understanding. We also help the client to increase self esteem and move life and relationships in a positive direction.
