I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

I help my clients connect with their body, vitality, creative autonomy and relational wisdom on their journey to an ever more full and vibrant life. With compassion, sensitivity and humanity we will stand at the living edge of your unique healing process.

I hope to bring a genuine presence and compassion to counselling. My belief is that all counselling work should be trauma informed and client centered. Open communication between client and therapist is crucial in order to move you forward in the counselling process.
