Sheryl Eldene Sheryl Eldene, MA. MBA, NCC, LPC

I provide counseling for people who suffered traumas like; childhood neglect/abuse, rape, car accidents and medical diagnosis like cancer. PTSD is a complex challenge, and requires a counselor with experience with many areas, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sleep disorders, and anger management. I have many resources I offer to help calm and work through the difficult process of remembering, desensitizing, and healing. I am EMDR trained and use this for many clients.
