In this group, teens will be introduced to skills to more effectively deal with real-life difficulties and obstacles. They will learn skills to increase positive emotions and decrease negative thoughts, and identify emotions and behaviors associated with anxiety, stress and worry. Skills will include: increased mood stability and regulation of intense emotions, identification of triggers of stress/anxiety, and simple relaxation and meditation techniques.
