This is your personal invitation to an experiential workshop that provides tools and techniques to enhance well-being and performance in life.  Psychologist, Dr. Lee Pulos, president of the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and myself, Dr. Paola Lake, will provide strategies to identify and change limiting beliefs that impact well-being and personal success, such as self-hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique. 

 

We are thrilled to be leading this event, so that you can learn empowering techniques to facilitate healing and provide tools to reduce anxiety, stress and other personal challenges.  This workshop is open to any individuals, including healthcare professionals and the public, who are interested in learning about themselves and how to identify and overcome barriers to personal success.

 

This primarily experiential workshop provides take-home approaches to building self-confidence and self-esteem that ultimately help individuals achieve success in diverse areas of their lives including:

Dr. Lee Pulos is a clinical psychologist and is president of the Canadian Society of Clinical Hypnosis. (BC Div), He is currently Clinical Assistant Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of British Columbia. He conducts ongoing training for health care professionals. He has published numerous articles and written several books, including Beyond Hyponsis and Miracles and Other Realities.

Dr. Paola Lake is a clinical and rehabilitation psychologist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. In addition to having a psychology practice, Dr. Lake produced and hosted a local radio show on CHLY, 101.7 fm for 5 years. Her show focused on building resilience and inner strength.
