Women’s Center Women’s Group!
About Sarah James LCSW, CAC II, EMDR:
I am a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in Lone
Tree, Colorado. My women's
practice blossomed from several years at The Children's Hospital working with
mothers with struggling children. Since then, I have focused on creating a
piece of my practice dedicated to women. Group work can be very supportive,

Week 1: Communication and Awareness
Week 2: Relationships
Week 3: Anxiety and Worry
Week 4: The Struggle with Perfectionism and Confidence Building
Week 5: Letting Go
Dates: Women’s Group begins June 23. We will meet Wednesdays at 11-12:15 am (as a group we may
decide to take the week of July 4th off).
Cost: $225 for the five weeks. Due June 16.
