Most people believe that anger is a negative emotion from which no good can come. Many people think that anger should not be expressed and that such feelings are sinful. This Trainers course based on the fourth (2016) edition of What''s Good About Anger? and the Anger Management Institute Training manual will give participants a fresh perspective of anger, practical skills, spiritual references and how anger - which is part of the human experience - can be put to use for good.
