Boundaries 101 - developed and facilitated by Maryse Neilson, MSW - is an unique introduction to differentiation theory, sense of self, and adult development and growth.  Typically boundaries courses approach the subject through assertiveness training; this course does not.  The underlying premise is that if we have a healthy sense of self and understand ourselves as separate from and connected to others, good boundaries take care of themselves.
