Does your anger get the best of you at times? Do you feel your anger is stopping you from getting close to others or causing difficulty at home? Are you feeling that you always out of time or finding that there is not enough time in the day? Do you feel that your anger is out of control, hard to manage, or maybe its time to seek help? If you answered yes to any of the above, we would love to have you at our anger management group!
Age range for the group is 14-19 years old and runs for 6 Friday’s from 4-5pm.
Goals of the group:
1.Learn thought and emotion based strategies to manage anger;
2.Express our anger in healthy ways;
3.Problem solve around anger;
4.Incorporate awareness and relaxation into our daily routines;
5.Asking for what we need out of our relationships;
Communicate with others effectively;
