I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

Anu has helped people of all ages in various settings for over thirty years. With her education and experience in nursing, counselling and psychology, teaching as well as spirituality, she is able to understand and help her clients from a truly holistic perspective.
