I have over 25 years of experience working with couples. Using an integrated approach involving a wide range of therapeutic tools, we create a safe place to build more effective communication strategies, reduce unhealthy conflict and restore closeness and intimacy.

My model for couples is relational therapy. I teach the partners how to become a safe and loving presence for each other, building skills for reconnection via dual communication and self-leadership (partners’ takes responsibility for their own feelings and actions).
