I work with youth ages 10+, teenagers and adolescents in navigating all the complexities of being a young person in today's society. Together, we can come up with a plan on how to navigate topics of social media, school stress, procrastination, perfectionism, body image challenges, presentation anxiety, ADHD, identity exploration, existential thoughts, self-harm and suicidal ideation. We will do so by engaging in expressive arts-based therapies like colouring, going outside for ecotherapy walks, listening to music, playing games, or just hanging out together.

I work virtually and in-person with children and adolescents. Parents have told me that their children are more emotionally regulated and, overall, happier, as a result of therapy. The initial session is free so there is little risk in reaching out to schedule a session to determine if I am a good fit for your child. I offer in-person therapy in Orangeville (Mondays) and Inglewood (Fridays and Sundays). I offer virtual appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings as well as Sunday mornings and afternoons.

Through play, art, and talk therapy tailored to their developmental needs, children can express themselves freely in a safe and nurturing environment. Therapy helps children build resilience, develop coping skills, and understand and regulate their emotions.
