I am a licensed clinical social worker, and have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 19 years. My therapeutic work is based in the idea that quality of life is largely dependent upon our search for meaning - a feeling of belonging, or connectedness to others.

I believe that each individual is unique and can develop the skills necessary to achieve a fulfilling life. There is not one best way of living; however, there are ways in which you could experience more pleasure and achieve an increased amount of satisfaction in life.
