Our goal is to help you process the grief you are feeling, to provide you with the tools you need to do so, and to provide you with a warm and caring environment in which to do so. We will gently explore your experience of loss while helping you stay connected to your inner resources and sources of support. Through mindful awareness, emotional understanding, and nervous system regulation, many clients begin to find moments of relief, meaning, and renewed connection as they move forward while continuing to honor the person or experience they have lost.
