Along with my in-office practice I offer e-counseling for those who are unable to attend an office session for whatever reason.

There can be many reasons you cannot get in to your counseling appointment. We offer video sessions so your progress doesn't have to be interrupted.

I work with folks who have severe mobility issues as well as folks who are struggling with social anxiety. Therefore, e-counselling is effective

Telehealth can be just if not more effective as in person counseling. You are able to be in your safe space. It also cuts down on travel time.

For parents, traveling to therapy appointments and finding childcare can be difficult. Video and phone counseling sessions can keep you on track.
