Rapid change is really what we want when we hit something in life that brings us down.
Doing the same thing and expecting different results is a definition of insanity.
Counselling didn't work for me in the traditional sense ie "And how do feel about that?"
What worked for me was actually finding the bad root that was producing the bad fruit in my life.
Why did I do the things I didn't want to do or why didn't I do the things I should!
Finding out is discovery and discovery about ourselves is incredibly valuable.
Often we don't know the questions we need to ask ourselves.
Don't let fear or stigma stop you from discovering your incredible value.
Find out what is producing the bad fruit in your life and allow me to assist you in dealing with the root!
Bad fruits include fear, anxiety, stress, trauma, addictions (all types), anger, resentment, bitterness, passivity, controlling, disconnected, manipulation, vengeful, sexual issues, poor communication, PTSD, OCD, ADD, ADHD, affairs, shy, uncaring, smothering, abandonment, rejection, not good enough, less than, inadequacy, bullied or bully, no voice, unheard, unloved, mental blockages, confusion, sabotaged or ambushed, trapped (there are others).
At one time or another I have been through these and come out successfully on the other side, intact.
These life experiences in the university of hard knocks add to academic training.
