Maybe struggling with addictions/addictive behaviors, trauma symptoms, relationship issues, and/or problems with self esteem/self worth. We will work together to understand what is going on under the surface that is contributing to difficulties you are currently experiencing.
Maybe people see you as the "strong one", but behind the scenes you are having trouble managing all of the stress and overwhelm. Are you hard on yourself constantly feeling like "its never good enough", even though it looks like you are doing it all.
I frequently work with first responders, helping professionals, business owners, individuals in high stress jobs, and parents. Many of my clients are also highly sensitive individuals with active minds who need a safe space to release the stress and overwhelm that happens internally.
My focus is always to work on creating a safe and inclusive space for clients as I prioritize creating a relationship where you feel, heard, supported and understood.
