Nest Integrative Wellness is an allied health clinic that offers compassionate, trauma-informed in-person and virtual therapy services to Albertans.

When you work with me, I provide a caring, open-minded, and friendly service. Connection is most important in providing support. We will work together so you can lead a better life, learning about what stands in your way and how you can address it.

I provide individual counselling to adults age 20 years and over. My practice is open to all walks of life. I have experience working with stress, family of origin issues, addictions, and trauma. I will provide empathy and a safe place for you to process your story.

In our sessions together you will learn the tools to handle overwhelming emotions and control negative thoughts. You will also learn how to set boundaries, and communicate your emotions/needs effectively to get what you want resulting in a stronger sense of self worth.

Finding one's way through the stormy days and nights sometimes requires a highly experienced guide. Self-limiting thoughts and feelings can be overcome. Joy and love can be realized by means of a skillful blending of Eastern and Western modalities.

My goal is to provide a safe place for you to explore your personal values, shift how you relate to yourself, and build on your life and coping skills.
