Services offered to older adolescents, adults and couples in both English & French. I use a client-centered approach and look to my client to determine the goals and direction for counselling. Convenient evening and weekend appointments are available.

I employ an integrated, trauma informed approach, drawing from various schools of therapy, primarily: Somatic, Mindfulness, IFS, Polyvagal, to help individuals in their process of moving towards deeper experiences of safety and connection.
