My therapeutic work is focused on helping you recover and come out of that place of feeling lost. My belief is that everyone deserves to live their best life and that means gaining a true understanding about yourself and the circumstances you want to change.

Whether it's improving your relationships, fostering communication and intimacy, or healing from past trauma; I am here to openly listen, empathize, and provide you with effective and practical skills that you can utilize every day.
Throughout my years as a therapist, I have developed an expertise with individuals and couples going through life transitions, adjustments or crisis. Whether it be leaving or entering employment, becoming a spouse or parent, or recovering from a trauma; my highest priority is helping you navigate through your challenges. Having received my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University; I understand the importance of working from a wholistic perspective. Your pain doesn’t affect one area of your life but impacts every part of it. Keeping this systemic perspective in mind gives us the opportunity to discover patterns and work towards creating and integrating healthier dynamics with recurring issues.
With over 5 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health and wellness; I bring an interdisciplinary approach to my clinical work that allows for me to effectively tailor my skills to meet the needs of every person that comes into my office. I utilizing highly researched theoretical models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, as well as elements of Narrative Therapy and Positive Psychology. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment that allows you to comfortably express what you would like to work on. Together, we will make progress towards you becoming a more authentic and accountable individual.
