I specialize in working with teens, adults, families, and couples with a focus on: anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions (big or small), depression, and self-esteem. Contact me for a free hour-long consultation.

I utilize an integrative approach, meaning I draw from my training and experience in multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor each session to meet my clients’ unique individual needs. My style is warm, empathic, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I believe that often, we have not been equipped or taught to deal with the difficult experiences, emotions, and situations that arise over the course of our lives. I see my role as one of walking alongside you, guiding you, teaching skills, providing resources at times, and helping you figure out what direction you need to take. I ultimately aim to help you find your own inner strength to handle life’s difficulties, and develop a personal power necessary to make choices that are best for you.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (Supervised by Brittany Neece Whallen LPC-S, LMFT-S). I have worked with a broad range of populations including individuals, families, and groups in various settings: a school, private practice, a community agency, an inpatient setting, and an intensive outpatient setting. I hold a MA in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
