Allison has been working with individuals and couples in a variety of settings for the past 15 years and

Allison enjoys working with people in all stages of older adolescence and adulthood.  

She loves working with college students, helping them with transitions and life adjustment.  
   She realizes that, while this time can be exciting and empowering, it can also be a time of stress,
loneliness, and anxiety.  
   The challenges of managing the responsibility of living on your own, school work, part time jobs, and social lives can be overwhelming and sometimes isolating.  
    Allison helps students find balance, relief from negative symptoms, and learn about themselves in a deeper way.
She draws from a variety of techniques including

   -and many other modalities suited to meet the individual needs of each client.  
 
Her office is located very close to campus within a holistic wellness suite with other healthcare and lifestyle based practices.

    She is direct, and will challenge thought or behavior patterns she identifies may be contributing to her clients' unhappiness or worry.

   She is a trained PACT therapist, drawing upon a psychobiological approach to couple therapy.

   Allison's fees are $100-$120 per 50-60 minute session.  She is an out of network provider and can help with reimbursement through insurance panels for service when applicable.
