You must be tired of what's happening in your life - otherwise you wouldn't be looking for a therapist. So many things can go wrong in so many ways, and before you know it, you're struggling. I'm here to help you cope.

I offer couples therapy for partners who feel emotionally disconnected, unheard, and unloved. I also offer individual therapy for people with trauma, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

You already know how terrible it feels if you are dealing with any of these issues. Feeling overwhelmed is normal, and looking for help is admirable. Whether it's relationship troubles or inner pain, you and I can work together to achieve your goals.

My Approaches Include:
  • The Gottman Method for couples, which helps you improve communication and restore mutual trust by giving practical suggestions and guiding you along as you talk to your partner.
  • EMDR therapy for trauma and anxiety. This therapy uses eye and body movements to help you process disturbing memories and gain confidence in future situations.
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy for bipolar disorder and anxiety. This approach helps you combat negative thoughts and instill positive beliefs about yourself.
  • Internal family systems ties it all together. This approach views you as a whole human, with all of your parts trying to work in harmony but sometimes getting in their own way. We can help these parts get back on track with some compassion and curiosity.

When You Work With Me, You Will:
  • Feel heard, seen, and understood.
  • Have a chance to tell your story, but only if you are ready to.
  • Be able to express your needs and desired direction.
  • Not be judged or shamed.
  • Work on your relationship to yourself and others.

A Bit More About Me:
  • Your comfort is my priority. I offer in-person and online therapy.
  • I came to the United States from Russia when I was 18.
  • I have a master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in psychology.
  • My passion for being a therapist comes from my own posttraumatic growth and a genuine admiration for the human spirit.
  • I don't just sit there nodding my head during therapy. I ask questions and sometimes make suggestions as an active participant.
  • I am a certified trauma professional with over 25 hours (and counting) of postgraduate trauma training.
  • I am currently receiving postgraduate training in marriage and family therapy.
