For many people dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma emotions and thoughts can feel like they are constantly overwhelming and painful...
...they can often feel trapping, keeping you from enjoying life the way you might want to. However, it doesn’t have to stay this way.
Together we can learn how to manage these seemingly uncontrollable painful experiences.

I focus on offering concrete skills, and helping you implement applicable steps and tools, pulled from evidence-based models, to help make sense of difficult emotions and thoughts. Understanding our internal experience, and being equipped with tools to handle our reactions, is often the key to improving our lives. I know that each person’s experience is unique, so we will work together to understand your specific experience and find strategies that work best for you.

As a clinical therapist, I can help you, your relationship, family or child with a variety of presenting struggles. Some of these include:
  • ADHD
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety & Stress
  • Children & Teen Counseling
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Depression & mood disorders

  • Issues of racial and cultural identity
  • LGBTQIA and other sexual minorities
  • Personality Disorders
  • Poly/non-monogamous relationships

I place importance on utilizing treatments that work! This means selecting only evidence based, research backed therapies that have been proven to be effective. Some of these include:
