I am a client-centred and goal-oriented therapist. I use a multitude of different techniques and interventions to best support you. Some of these include Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness based approaches which connect the mind and body.

Cost:

$145+HST per 50-minute counselling session (applies to individual counselling)
After payment, a receipt will be provided for you to claim to your insurance.
I offer extended sessions as well, as per client request.
