Christine is a Registered Psychotherapist and compassionate professional whose work with individuals, couples and
families is collaborative. She is an
experienced therapist and a certified member of the Ontario Association of
Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP).
Christine received her Masters of Arts
(M.A.) in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional
Psychology in Chicago. She has
additional certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). Christine is also a former Association
Montessori Internationale (AMI) trained teacher and previous owner and operator
of a private Montessori School.
Christine has a warm, unique and respectful
approach to people of all ages, diversity and gender. She is committed to
improving lives and providing a supportive, encouraging and confidential
environment for individuals, couples and families to address their personal challenges. Her gentle guidance, support and encouragement help clients make

She also incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Art. Christine gives
you a chance to be heard and understood. Whatever aspect of your life you want
to change, she will work with you to focus on the issues that are unique and
personal to you. Christine helps you set new or renewed directions in life
toward positive change, well-being and health.
Christine also provides consulting services
in parent education and coaching, individual or group anxiety programs. She believes that children’s early and
emotional experience affect their future potential and growth. Christine offers
group and individual anxiety prevention programs and is certified to facilitate
the Friend for Life program, an evidence-based program for children.
Christine lives with her husband. Their
blended family is made up of five children now young adults. She currently
provides services to clients throughout the Greater Toronto area.
