Meet our Counselors

Brooke Randolph, NCC, LMHC

Founder & Director of Counseling at The Green House

  • Adoption Therapy Expert
  • Certified Brainspotting Therapist
  • Certified Imago Relationship Therapist

It is my goal to encourage, equip, and empower individuals and couples toward whole-hearted living and conscious relationships. Both therapeutically and personally, I am committed to never stop learning and growing. I am regularly reading half a dozen non-fiction books at a time, many due directly to a client need.
I believe that therapists should have a well-stocked toolbox to meet the individual needs of each client. I do not have a single approach, rather I strive to find what fits best for each individual client, meeting them where they are, and respecting their personal pace.

In addition to the trainings and certifications listed, I consider myself IFS-informed, trauma-informed, Daring Way informed, and influenced by existentialism and psychodynamic theories. I work well with both men and women and with various cultures.

Kenneth Cox, LMHC

  • LGBTQ Therapist
  • Art Therapy
  • Substance Use and Addictions

I utilize many therapeutic modalities with individuals, couples, and groups. I have experince with children, adolescents, couples, and families. Not only do I believe in the power of creativity, I feel that it fosters interpersonal and intrapersonal communication.

Having had many years experience as a primary therapist, art therapist, corporate trainer and educator, finding effective ways to foster an individual’s or corporation’s growth potential is my business.

Natalie Meengs, MS, NCC

  • Women with Addictions
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • Highly Sensitive Persons

I recently moved to Indianapolis from Nashville, Tennessee, where I worked at The Voyage House, the professional women’s house and a branch of residential addictions treatment site JourneyPure at The River. It was there that I discovered my passion for serving women who struggle with addiction, while also juggling identities as a mother, wife, daughter, attorney/doctor/nurse, etc.

My experience at The Voyage House was broad – as both an individual therapist, specializing in sandtray and inner child work, as well as a site-certified adventure therapist, leading groups on climbing, ropes, and kayaking trips, and, most recently exciting, acquiring training and practice in somatic experiential work as a trauma intervention.
