Through empowering you and creating awareness around causes negative cycles and ultimately supporting people in creating meaningful lives and relationships. I primarily use a cognitive-behavioral therapy base which means we problem-solve together to understand and change the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that interfere with your fulfillment and success. Frequently I include other theories and skills (e.g., mindfulness, psychodynamic, etc.) based on how well it works in your situation and on your preferences.
