I believe in working with my clients as a team to make the best plans and take the right actions to help you feel and be the best you possible and live the your best life. I believe using what is known as an integrated or eclectic approach to counseling/therapy is the best practice. This approach allows the use of a wide variety of types of therapy and theories to help clients with whatever the issue or issues are at the time. This approach allows for flexibility in all aspects of counseling and allows for the best results when working together.
I have worked with a diverse population of people. I am very familiar with various cultural challenges and various belief systems. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people and welcome any and all clients.
