My approach to this work is down-to-earth, empathetic and non-judgemental. I walk with people through the not-so-great moments, explore the stuckness/discomfort, and aim to support you in reaching your goals. I specialize in working with teens and emerging adults.
You are not alone in this process. Reaching out can feel incredibly intimidating and I recognize how draining it may feel to find the best fit. I value the therapeutic relationship, and believe that safety and connection are fundamental in this process. I hope to support you through these shifts and live in more alignment with yourself.
