Welcome!

I commend you on taking the first steps towards achieving your personal goals. Reaching out for support from a therapist is a courageous act. Read on to learn a little more about how I work. I look forward to connecting with you.

My job is to support you on your journey of authentic growth.

I believe in the importance of collaboration throughout the counselling process, which means we will work together to help you get what you want out of therapy. My approach is mindfulness-centred, and works with thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and the physical body, moving you towards transformation. I have an empathic, calm, and non-judgmental nature that can help you feel safe, and support our working relationship. Research has demonstrated that this working relationship connection is imperative for effective therapy.

I work with individual adults, adolescents, as well as couples.

During my life outside of work I can be found practicing yoga and meditation on my path to continued emotional and spiritual growth. I love spending time outdoors in the mountains, usually hiking, running, or biking. I believe that as humans, although we might struggle, we are always moving towards growth and wholeness. My counselling approach arises out of this belief.

"Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it." - Rumi

There are many paths to change. It's my goal to help you find which.
