EMILY DAVINROY, MA, LMHCA * Adult & Child Therapy I am a psychotherapist in the Ballard area working with children,
adolescents, and adults. I work with clients around relationships,
anxiety, depression, trauma (past and present), self-esteem, and other
psychological concerns. My approach to therapy is relational and psychodynamic, which means
that I am interested in the ways that our relationships have shaped both
how we interact with others as well as how we have come to understand
ourselves. I believe that therapy is a unique relational process and an intentional
space where we can begin to explore some of these patterns together so
that you can move towards a more integrated sense of self, and more
confidence and fulfillment in your relationships.
