Gail Rosen offers a compassionate, intuitive and optimistic approach to therapy, using humor, warmth, and psycho-education to help the client comfortably integrate new self-awareness and positive change into their life. She works from a combination of accepted psychotherapeutic approaches, and brings her clinical skillfulness as a psychotherapist, and family and divorce mediator, from her past experiences working with couples and individuals at some of the finest mental health agencies in Rockland County, NY and Bergen County, NJ.

As there is no "one size fits all" solution in this field, and each person is uniquely individual, to best serve clients' needs, Gail remains flexible in her approach and work and continually re-assesses client needs, goals, and progress. She uses an eclectic approach and will change modalities when she assesses it is in the best interest of the clients for their growth and success.
