Therapy can be very scary. I help take scary out of therapy. At this time virtual therapy is what is happening due to Covid. I am very flexible for scheduling at this time. Therapy should be about YOU and not the therapist. During a session with me these are some of the questions I ask are as follows: What brings you to counseling? What goals do you have for counseling? Have you worked with a therapist before? What did or did not work in therapy before?
All of these things helps me tailor a treatment plan specifically for you. I have extensive training for those that have been incarcerated in the past, working with local Jails, Prisons and treatment centers. I have been able to help those with addictions heal, come up with treatment plans and look toward the future.
