Meet Janine :)
is a online clinical counsellor and art therapist. Online therapy can be set up for individuals, couples, schools and families, and there are many benefits. Here are 3:
1. Can lead to Faster Progress. People (especially teens and introverted types) find they "show up" more fully online. Online, through a screen, you might find that you can be more honest, and the therapy may progress faster, helping you benefit sooner.
2. Convenient and Comfortable. Many people find rushing into an office stressful, and it takes time and energy. Being in a strange space can also be uncomfortable or stressful. Have sessions in your home, office, or school (for teens and kids).
3. Better Access. Get the help you need no matter where you are. If you don't like it, it's easier to walk away.
