over 15 years experiencing helping my clients in their journey towards positive
change and increased wellbeing. I am passionate in helping people deal with
their struggles, whether it be anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship
issues, or self-worth to name a few. I work with adults, teens, and children

I often use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach when treating
anxiety and depression, and am also trained in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy
(DBT) which has been found to be useful when dealing with depression,
self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional regulation.

clinics, programs for at risk youth, and addiction treatment programs.

service provider with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) which funds
counselling for those who have been a victim of crime. Many benefits plans
offered through your employer will provide reimbursement for a portion of your

sliding scale appointments for those who cannot pay the full fee. Please
