Need someone to talk to? Navigating today’s world can be challenging and at times, lonely. I truly value and respect your vulnerability and openness to seeking help which can be a daunting experience in itself. I know finding the right therapist can be difficult and overwhelming. But I want you to know that I am here for you, to help you get through your difficulties by either working with you directly, or helping you find someone you connect with. For that reason I provide a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we would be a good fit.

My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you reduce your daily struggles and optimize your quality of life. I am committed to supporting your pursuit of improved mental health and overall wellbeing by working together to create a trusting and lasting relationship. Together we will explore your concerns and help you navigate your life situations. I am committed to supporting you through your career, family and life situations, helping you overcome your issues. I also understand the importance of providing a safe nurturing space for individuals to feel heard and understood.

I specialize in using diverse evidence-based therapies that are best suited for your situation, personality type, and specific needs. My area of specialty is working with adults and children experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, victims of domestic violence, abuse, and divorce.

Together you and I will work through complex thoughts, feelings, and behaviours on a path to recovery and wellness. Mutually we will also build a trusting, supportive, and empathic relationship.
